Our history, mission and goals

Recently, bright packages with MacCaldo brand instant noodles with a “Halal” certificate have been flaunting on store shelves. Their unusual taste, the quality of the dough, and the convenience of cooking were highly appreciated by many buyers. But few people realize that the power of high technologies lies behind the quality of these products.

In the modern world, people need to eat delicious and healthy food, while saving time on cooking, and giving it to their friends and relatives. This idea inspired the founder of the MacCaldo company to produce high-quality and healthy instant noodles. The noodles had to have a special taste and have an attractive price. To implement this idea, foreign technologists and engineers were invited. Soon, the work acquired such a scale that simultaneously with the negotiations and the development of the brand, a whole MacCaldo factory was being built.

Construction was very intensive, and the MacCaldo plant was fully ready for operation in January 2021. From that moment, the plant began to produce an original product, which had no analogs on the market. The unique and inimitable taste of noodles quickly allowed us to earn the love of consumers for our products.

The company’s management initially sought to meet the requirements of the high-tech era. As you know, the most advanced technologies are used in Japan, so it was decided to complete the work of the plant using Japanese technology. This made it possible to minimize the human factor in production, and at the same time produce high-quality goods at high speeds. So, to date, only 40 people are involved in the production site of more than 6000 m2, since more than 80% of the work is carried out by automated conveyor lines and modern equipment.

The high status of the MacCaldo brand is confirmed by international certificates. Thus, the company has implemented a food safety management system that meets the ISO 22000 standard. Thanks to the work based on this system, the company was awarded the “Halal” certificate, which is issued according to very strict criteria for product quality and safety.

In the future, the company plans to switch to fully automated production, to achieve maximum speed and quality of production. In a short period, MacCaldo has already managed to earn a reputation as a stable and large-scale production that can provide the whole of Uzbekistan with high-quality noodles. Well-coordinated work is carried out thanks to the continuous work of the staff and high Japanese technologies.
