Monosodium glutamate is a natural salt that is found in some fresh products (soy sauce, tomatoes, cheese, milk, fish, mushrooms) and is recognized as safe by the World Health Organization. Like most instant noodles, ours also contains monosodium glutamate. But the dose of the additive used in MacCaldo products is within the norm established by the SanPin of the Republic of Uzbekistan, therefore it is safe for the body.
